How long will my order take?
The lead time for all orders is 10-14 working days. Please be aware that we are not liable for any delays imposed by the delivery provider. If there are any delays caused buy Neuehair, we will inform you.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please text us on Whatsapp or phone us as soon as possible. If your wig has already been dispatched or delivered to the delivery provider, cancellations or order changes will not be permitted. If you choose to change the order once the wig has already been delivered to you, you will have to apply for a refund and reorder a new unit. You can simply do this through our website or by contacting us directly. Your refund or exchange request will be processed.
Finally, if you want to exchange your unit before it is delivered to the courier for a more expensive unit, you must pay the difference. If the unit you would like to change to is cheaper, you will be compensated the difference.
NB: You are responsible for ensuring that the unit is delivered to us if you’d like to change or refund your order.
What is the difference between customised and un-customised wigs?
Customised wigs is when the lace undergoes a process of bleaching and plucking, to ensure that the lace gives a natural and realistic hairline look. Customised wigs are easier to install and give a better finished look.
Uncustomised wigs are when the wigs lace looks thick and full. At times uncustomised wigs can look bulky and don’t give off a natural look.
Do you guys customise the wigs?
YES, we do customise the wigs at a cost of R400.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
