REFUND POLICY
Neuehair only accepts returns/exchanges, with the exception that the hair is in its original condition and has not been altered, which includes lace cutting, hair wearing, or any other type of tampering. Kindly understand that this is due to sanitary, and safety issues. Please make sure you're ordering the correct hair or product. Please verify and inspect your order for any potential faults upon arrival. If you receive the wrong unit, hair malfunctions or want to apply for a refund please do so within 7 days of delivery.
If you receive a refund, please be aware that the customization and delivery fees are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the unit is delivered to us when returning it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
