DELIVERY POLICY

NeueHair uses The Courier Guy (Pty) Ltd and Postnet as a form of delivery. The delivery fee is R180. The courier company will contact you, with a tracking number and order delivery details. Please ensure that you insert the correct address and details. If you wish to change your delivery details and date, contact the courier service. PLEASE NOTE, we are not responsible for any packages lost or delayed in transit by the delivery company once they have been dispatched.

 

All wigs are pre-ordered and turnaround is 10-14 working days.
